Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and retreat at The Greenhouse Sound Bath  

A one-hour sound healing session of Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Ocean Drums, Singing Pyramid, and more. Sound healing operates on the principle of brain entrainment, where the brain synchronizes its own electrical impulses to the rhythm of the sound frequencies being played. This synchronization can induce a state of deep relaxation, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and promote overall well-being. As you relax into the experience, surrounded by plants you may notice your mind entering a meditative state. Refreshments and snacks from local vendors are included. 

A portion of proceeds will go to supporting Brown Bagging Calgary Kid’s.
